The ACC-TSEN is a remote temperature sensor that is compatible with the T5800 and T6800 ColorTouch thermostats.

When Connected as an Outdoor Sensor

When the ACC-TSEN is connected to the T5800 or T6800 ColorTouch thermostat it may be programmed to recognize it as an outdoor temperature sensor allowing the reading to appear on the thermostat display and show the high and low temperatures for the day.

When Connected as an Indoor Sensor

The T5800 or T6800 ColorTouch thermostat may also be programmed to recognize the ACC-TSEN as an indoor remote temperature sensor. Temperature may be controlled from solely from this sensor or as an average of the remote sensor and the thermostat's onboard temperature sensor.
